CHALLENGE

Microsoft Services is the largest department of Microsoft in France but not well known both inside and outside Microsoft. Each Year Microsoft Consultants are involved in the organization of technical sessions for the Microsoft Techdays. I had to leverage this event to increase Microsoft Services visibility and strengthen internal awareness.

SOLUTION

Leveraged PR interviews about products to share best practices and communicate about our services offerings. Used the PR Framework to promote to other internal teams what Microsoft Services does.  Produced a video to promote our efforts and people.
