One of the Winners of the Samsung Mobilers France challenge, I was for 6 month one of the Official Blogger of Samsung. I had to test and blog about new samsung digital products (Phones, Tablets, cameras, …).

Rationalize and Market enterprise services offerings and build a website to expose what Microsoft Service does and its success stories. At this time no guidance from Microsoft corporation or any material was available.
Close work with a digital agency to create the visual identity and design the website.
First version setup in 2 months. 25 Pages built.
After 1 year: 45 pages, 80 success stories et best practice sharing videos.
Build in one month a complete new site for the radio, integrating existing content, adding new features, and providing autonomy to students for the website management.
I choosed WordPress as it is a very common and popular CMS that even non geek users can learn and use.
I spent 3 Days with the team to design the UI and UX (most things had to be automated to reduce the learning curve)
A custom WordPress Theme, with a Radio Live stream, event, news and partners management.
Realize 3 1-minute videos about ideas management to promote company’s consulting services. Video had to be published on the company’s blog and though emailing campaigns.
Planned a half-day shooting session. Act One had to prepare scripts, I had to manage the video production from shooting to rendering.
Average of 500 views per video. (>50% opening VS targeted audience)
Managed a 5 students team during 4 months to explain the controversy about ethnics statistics in France.
The result had to be a website enough clear to both feed the debate and help people to understand different opinions.
Phase 1: 3 weeks to identify key influencers and organizations and their opinion. Interview planning, and website wireframe.
Phase 2 : 2 months to compare opinions and arguments. Information Architecture. Webdesign.
Phase 3 : Datavisualization. Implement content. Write the presentation speech.
We received honors from Bruno Latour and were the 2nd best project of our promotion.
I personally built a dynamic online tool to show connexions between actors and organizations based on the Actor-Network theory.
