To Support business growth, promote Microsoft Services Jobs by improving visibility, attractiveness, and reducing recruitment costs.

SOLUTION

10 days online campaign to accelerate recruitments.
Focused on Voice of the field format and highlighted the personal experience. Mixed testimonies of new and senior employees to illustrate diversity, credibility, and to support new employees integration.

TECHDAYS 2011

CHALLENGE

Microsoft Services is the largest department of Microsoft in France but not well known both inside and outside Microsoft. Each Year Microsoft Consultants are involved in the organization of technical sessions for the Microsoft Techdays. I had to leverage this event to increase Microsoft Services visibility and strengthen internal awareness.

SOLUTION

Leveraged PR interviews about products to share best practices and communicate about our services offerings. Used the PR Framework to promote to other internal teams what Microsoft Services does.  Produced a video to promote our efforts and people.

RESULT

20 interviews with journalists
5 Web TV interviews
1 video.

SHOW: LE SCRIPT

CHALLENGE

Remy spent a year to build is first show mixing magic and drama beside his regular job. He asked me to cover his first show to produce a DVD and a teaser to use for promotional actions.

SOLUTION

I came to rehearsals to see how lights and space were used in the show. Finally I used two HD video cameras to record the show.

Thales Hakatapult Workshop, Act One

CONTEXT

Hakatapult is a team building workshop developed by Act One where participants have to create an Haka danse and to built a catapult with stuff from the office. I had to cover this event organized with 360 people from Thales.

Sens’As – HAPPENING for NEWLOOK

CONTEXT

To support a marketing operation at the Newlook Store Chatelet, the Hip Hop crew Sens’as organized an happening. I produced with a friend this short video to help the crew to animate its online community.
